This unique item is rare, but players can obtain it by spinning Photo Discs at PokeStops and Gyms.

Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors, trinkets, and gathering tools in order to provide them with an additional bonus to their attributes, or a special effect, when they are in use.
